Using Traffic Exchanges Effectively:
I get many requests from members asking how I use traffic exchanges, or how they can be more effective, in using them.This isn't rocket science, just takes some thinking, planning and common sense!The Whole purpose of using traffic exchanges is to get your pages/ads out there everywhere and in the most places, with the least amount of hourly work.
This isn't written as an exchange owner, but as a surfer from 8 years experience. Too many exchange owner's have been telling surfers the wrong way to EFFECTIVELY use exchanges for years cause they are after the mighty dollar.
Example:To properly surf, use No More than 4 exchanges at a time. Truth:This
limits the amount of credits you build up and forces you to purchase credits. Plus forces you to sit and wait on timer if you've already seen all 4 pages, sitting and waiting does you no good and is costing you valuable time and money.
Example:
Assign ALL Your credits or your pages won't be seen.
Truth:To Effectively assign credits, do so at various times of the day unless you have credits backed up. People are up at different hours throughout the world. While you are awake, your next signup could be sleeping!70% will sign up when they see your page the 1st time, 30% will wait until they see the page a dozen times, hense that phrase, Get in Early and Build your downlines!
Things you need:
1.) a Tabbed Browser
2.) a Plan/Schedule
3.) a small amount of money, not hundreds or thousands!
I use CrazyBrowser because it uses less computer resources than Firefox In using Tabbed browsers, I open 11 tabs, this way if I've seen the page or already a member or Not interested, another window is waiting for me to click, I NEVER wait on timers. I do 11 Tabs Maximum because 12 will kick me into 3 rows of tabs and is too confusing.
This gives me EXTREME coverage. I don't view pages any slower or faster than using 4 tabs, but I'm not waiting on timers to go down to 0 and am not wasting my time opening and closing folders with 4 tabs.Time not continually clicking is wasted clicking. With 11 exchanges and some being 1:1 surf ratio, many with bonus credits, you can easily get 350 page views per hour spread across 11 exchanges.
I have 5 folders set up that automatically open exchanges:
Must Surf - is my main 11 exchanges that I surf daily, contains several I am upgraded in.
Must Surf2 - 2nd surfing folder has a few from Must surf folder as fillers to make 1115 days - exchanges I surf at least the 15th and 30th of every month30 days - surf these at least once a month, these deliver views pretty slowly.
No Login - this is good for when I only have 10 minutes to surf, has TrafficG, FastFreeway, Webbizinsider, etc.
My surfing schedule isn't that hard to follow, I surf 50 per site, in folder twice a day, some days I'll surf 150-200 per site. Some days 0, but I do get a Bare minimum of 20 hours of surfing in each week! This is only on average, a little over 2 hours a day.
This will easily get you 8,000 views per week. I can surf a good 50 per site across 11 exchange in an hour.I Upgrade in only those exchanges that move credits and offer nice bonuses for upgrading.I Will Not upgrade in any exchange that does not offer Free referrals.
Remember to Only assign the bare minimum to your sites, which is usually 75% for free members.Use the rest for Banners and Text links, this is an area that most don't feel is effective but does work!Also with saving credits back, if you just joined a NEW site that you want rotating ASAP, you have the credits to get it out there fast.
I Love exchanges that advertise their Banners on Main/Referral pages at the Top. This is some of the most Elite advertising there is because your banner is shown all over the internet and in every exchange and place, even those places you do not use or haven't heard of. Someone purchases PTC's at a Paid To Read...they are advertising your banner too. I belong to around 50 manual exchanges and you should too.
Don't just stick with the TOP rated ones, join many to get coverage of NEW people. The larger memberbased ones as a Rule, should be surfed more, but I have found newer ones also get referrals too.
