Unethical scammers deflect attention from themselves
Unethical scammers Paul and Penny Westhead continue to refuse to pay members at their defunct so called paid-to-surf sites http://www.cashitz.net and http://www.surfwize.com while screaming foul and accusing the members asking for payment of being liars.
The couple offered 'guaranteed payments' overiding their 'accept loss' clause that had been buried in their terms of service while at the same time requiring members pay an admin fee. The admin fee was imposed in order for members to receive payment on earnings. Members were required to process requests for payment and while members did what was required, the couple began conveniently 'losing' payment requests earlier this year 2005.
When members emailed the couple, the emails were either ignored or answered in an unsatisfactory manner. Posts to their forum regarding non-payment of requests were deleted by Paul and Penny Westhead and members then blocked from entering the forum to make subsequant posts.
A post was established at http://xtreamsurf.com/XtreamNet/index.php in regards to this issue. As of 8-8-05, Paul Westhead continues to not pay members and blame everyone else for his mismanagement of funds and inability to deal with his own members and issues. A review of his site establishes this sad fact. Other sites reporting this couples fraud now include http://ceo4ever.blogspot.com/

Xtream Center - mega resources, great earnings
In addition to being a powerful marketing resource, your Xtream Marketing and Affiliate Center http://xtreamsubmitter.safelisthosting.us/ is also a lucrative affiliate earning opportunity for many reasons.
